Description:	This letter, written by F.J. Williams of the National War Savings Committee, is a list of the Clark County, Indiana Township Chairmen for the sale of War Savings Stamps and Council of Defense. It was written 31 August 1918. This item is part of a larger group of items put into a time capsule in the corner stone of Jonathan Jennings High School in Charlestown, Indiana on 3 September 1918. The time capsule was opened in 1966 when the building was torn down for an Urban Renewal project.
