Dec. 1, 1924.EMPLOYEES OF THE LOUISVILLE CEMENT COMPANY:This Company was organized in January, 1866, and for a period of 58 years has been steadily engaged in the manufacture of cement.Feeling that a part of the success of this Company in maintaining steady operation during the period stated has been due to the loyalty of the men in its employ, both at its plant and in the office, the Company, in recognition of their loyalty, sent last year to each employee who has been in the Companys service continuously for a period of five years or over, a service pin indicating the length of continuous service.As you have been with the Company continuously for the past five years, we take great pleasure in counting you upon our honor list of employees and sending you herewith the companys Service Pin indicating the length of your service.
