Ice hockey stick

Description: Around 1910, Will Meyer lived in Angola, Indiana when he found this piece of wood. Seeing a possible hockey stick, he carved and smoothed it into shape. Once winter came, he used it to play ice hockey. By 1910, the one hundred year old game was immensely popular in Canada and the United States.
