Rat

Description: Also known as the Brown Rat, the animal can grow up to about a foot long, with the tail adding yet another foot. These are serious pests, living alongside man in large colonies and feeding on a large variety of feed. These animals are also carriers of disease like Salmonella or various viruses. In large cities it is estimated that there is one rat for every five to six people. Females breed every three months.
