Chocolate beater

Description: The chocolate beater or molinillo is used to beat or whisk chocolate to make a Mexican drink. After placing water or milk and chocolate in a sauce pan, the heat is turned on and the beater placed in the mixture. By holding the beater handle with both hands flattened against it, and moving the hands in opposing directions back and forth, the beater turns. The chocolate beater produces a very frothy chocolate drink.
