Description: This is a digitized recording of a dictabelt, which the Indianapolis Fire Department used to record dispatch calls during the 1960s and 1970s. Following are the calls on this dictabelt: 1. Dispatcher Macmillon on duty; Someone tried to break into coke machine at a station 13 while out at Hygrade, 102 Kentucky Avenue. 2. Car to 6th Avenue and West Street.3. Big Accident with fatality after police chase at Rural and Washington 4. Ambulance to 2700 Tobey Avenue; woman got arm caught in wringer 5.
