Bethel Building Fund Pastoral Recommendation, Rev. Walter W. Reid, 1982

Description:	Bethel A.M.E. Church pastor Rev. Walter W. Reid presented this recommendation for a building fund to the Church Conference on November 28, 1982. In it, he gives his recommendations on how funds should be raised and used, as well as the rationale behind this recommendation. A projected building fund growth schedule for the years 1983-1984 is given on the back. The Bethel A.M.E. Church Collection was funded by a 2016 grant from LSTA.
