Herman Lists Bakery in the Adler Block on Virginia Avenue in Indianapolis

Description: In 1899 Herman List was no longer working at the National Surgical Institute. He owned his own bakery at 330 Virginia Avenue and lived upstairs with his family at the same location. This view shows the Adler Block where Lists store was located with Lists twin sons, Herman and Harold, sitting in a baby carriage in front of his shop.
