Harrison reports that the Prophets followers are increasing their hostilities toward the United States. He retells recent events concerning several Kickapoo Indians traveling south toward Vincennes. He states that Captain Posey has been instructed to erect a blockhouse and pickets in Vincennes and that the militia has been dismissed so that they may harvest their crops.
