A Flanner House Breakfast honors Dr. and Mrs. William L. Mellon. As a young man, Dr. Mellon entered upon a career of business and finance, but in 1948 inspired by the life of Dr. Albert Schweitzer, decided to devote his life to medical science and service. Mrs. Mellon, a medical technician, works beside him in ministering to the ill.
