Union Furniture Co., Batesville, Ind.

Description: By 1900 Batesville had six furniture factories, two coffin and casket plants, two sawmills, a door and sash factory, and a novelty works. The Union Furniture Company, established in 1867, manufactured elaborately carved bedroom and dining room furniture.
