Well-Dressed Group, Vigo County, Circa 1920

Description: Portrait of a well-dressed group in front of the doors of what is likely the Terre Haute Country Club. The golf course and country club was opened by John H. Keyes of Keyes Manufacturing Company in 1898. It moved from Jenckes Farm to a larger site in 1922, leaving the former golf course to the Phoenix Club.
