Looking as if he is about to jump on his bicycle and make a delivery a man stands at a desk writing in a ledger. There is an open safe to his left, mailboxes and a bicycle are on the right. The calendar on the desk appears to be dated July 1898 and there is a Henry County map on the wall. This may be the Spiceland, Indiana post office or it could be at the train depot, but these are just guesses. |
