Victory Arch

Description: The arch was constructed at South Meridian Street and Monument Circle. Dates on the arch are 1917 and 1919. At the top of the arch is written: In Honor of Indianas Living and Dead Who Fought that Liberty Might Endure. The picture was printed backwards.
