Lake Erie & Western Railroad Depot and Dispatchers Offices, Tipton, Indiana

Description: The Lake Erie & Western Railroad was built through Tipton County in 1854. The county donated lands for depots and freight houses. The freight houses, round houses and shops located at the Tipton junction employed several hundred men.
