Band Stand, Columbian Park, Lafayette

Description: Columbian Park dates from 1876 and was known as Reservoir Park until around 1892 when the name was changed to honor the 400th anniversary of Christopher Columbus. The lakes were created when soil was excavated to build the wall for the citys reservoir.
