Anthony Wayne, Head Quarters, Greenville, to Colonel Return Jonathan Meigs, Commissary of Indian Goods

Description: Wayne orders Meigs to issue to a party of Potawatomi Indians a designated amount of stroud, shirts, calico, linsey, butcher knives, scissors, thread and tobacco as compensation and reward for bringing in three prisoners from Mount Juliet, northwest of Chicago.
