Marschalk reports confiscating whiskey believed to be the property of Brigand General Wilkinson from the public teams under the charge of Mr. Farrow. In a postscript, Marschalk states that Farrow has left in Marschalks keeping a small quantity of whiskey for Farrows personal use upon his return trip. Mills, John Document signed by Marschalk. Remnants of red wax seal still in place. |
