A plague of caterpillars invades. They jump from a tree onto a newspaper which a woman is using to cover her head. A man slips and falls after stepping on one. "Public", covered in caterpillars, lights an emergency flare and calls for help. Several chew on the edges of the cartoon. Fly paper or tar around the trunk of a tree will prevent them from getting to its leaves. A tree which has been completely stripped bare by the caterpillars. A bird says they are eating as many as they can. Image Access WideTEK 25 Jump it's fun. That green powder? Oh! I see. Squish. I'm going to eat down into this story. Help. Fly paper or tar. I came over from the next tree. Stripped and denuded. Turn back--blocked by sticky stuff. We're doing all we can to gobble them up! Ha ha! Scat. |
