Description:	A vehicle belonging to Tom Saunders, Indiana State Representative for District 54, may have been involved in a hit-and-run traffic accident that killed Thomas Jackman of New Castle, Indiana on February 4, 2005. The New Castle Police Department has impounded the car.; Muncie Community Schools plans to eliminate faculty, staff, and administration positions. MCS is also considering increasing class sizes. Both initiatives would address planned cuts in state funding for public K-12 education, which MCS estimates would cost them $2.3 million dollars over the next two years.; The County Clerk of the Circuit Court in Delaware County, Indiana held a voting fair on February 10, 2005 at the Horizon Convention Center in Muncie, Indiana. Attendees were able to try and comment upon different voting machines being showcased by several voting machine manufacturers.; New traffic lights were installed at the intersection of McGalliard Road and Tillotson Avenue in Muncie, Indiana. A brief traffic jam resulted when motorists were denied access to several lanes on both streets.; A vehicle slid off of White River Boulevard in Muncie, Indiana due to slick, snowy driving conditions.
