The teacher was recently investigated by the Winchester Police Department.; A documentary film about WIPB-TV in Muncie, Indiana will air on WIPB-TV on February 9, 2006.; Authorities are investigating a possible case of mail fraud reported by a resident of Muncie, Indiana. The resident claims to have received a letter promising them a large sum of money, in exchange for a check to be sent to the sender of the letter.; A Holocaust survivor will give a presentation at the New Castle Middle School in New Castle, Indiana.; Some Indiana high school students may earn up to two years of college credit while they are still in high school. The program is a joint initiative of Anderson University in Anderson, Indiana and the Charles A. Tindley Accelerated School in Indianapolis, Indiana.; The City of Dunkirk, Indiana will build four new homes with recently-received grant monies. The homes will be made available to families in need of temporary financial assistance.; Weather.; GAP Limited offers financial assistance and legal advice to relatives acting as the primary caregivers of children who are not their own.
