If the DCBH approves the proposal, it would then be voted on by The Board of Commissioners of Delaware County, Indiana.; The City of Muncie, Indiana and the Town of Yorktown, Indiana are going to court against each other. The City of Muncie, Indiana is protesting a petition by the Town of Yorktown, Indiana to annex additional land and housing communities.; The standardized testing requirements in the No Child Left Behind Act of 2001 are flawed, according to a recent study by four professors at Ball State University.; Members of the Anderson Fire Department and the White River Athletic Club in Anderson, Indiana will act as models for a calendar. Proceeds earned by the calendars will be donated to charity.; Clancys Car Wash Inc. is drilling a non-commercial well beneath their Muncie, Indiana location.
