A new proposal would create a quiet-zone in the downtown area of Muncie, Indiana. The usage of train whistles and horns would be forbidden during nighttime hours.; A traffic accident occurred in Yorktown, Indiana near Yorktown High School. The wreck was caused by ice on a bridge.; Weather. (The majority of this video is inaccessible due to an audio/video issue which begins at the 1:09 mark.) The audio/video issue which begins at the 1:09 mark is unfortunately present in the master file as delivered to University Libraries in June 2005.
