Description:	The Ball State University Board of Trustees approved raises in tuition for all BSU students for the 2004-2005 school year, as well as additional raises in fees for students in the Nursing and Teaching programs.; Some students graduating from Ball State University express concern over their job prospects.; The mayor of Richmond, Indiana vetoed a request to rezone the Hayes Arboretum to a commercial zone. The Hayes Arboretum is currently zoned as a greenspace preservation area. Those in favor of rezoning say that they will take their case to court.; The May 7, 2004 episode of the Late Show with David Letterman will be taped that morning, instead of the previous night (as is customary).; Weather.
