The High Street Bridge is one of three bridges connecting North and South Muncie, Indiana.; The Indiana Department of Environmental Management has ordered The City of Elwood, Indiana to make repairs to their water treatment facility. The City of Elwood, Indiana may have to raise water prices to pay for the repairs.; Weather.; David Gyertson, President of Taylor University in Upland, Indiana, will be stepping down in July 2005. Gyertson has accepted a position as Distinguished Professor of Leadership at Regent University in Virginia Beach, Virginia.
