Description: Steve Carter, Attorney General of Indiana, has ruled that Earlham College must release the financial records relating to its separation from the Conner Prairie Museum. Both entities are laying claim to an endowment from pharmaceutical executive Eli Lilly, who originally left the facilities of Conner Prairie to a public charitable trust, of which Earlham College was the trustee.; Karen Wenger, Clerk of the Circuit Court, is preparing to oversee and conduct the 2004 elections in Delaware County, Indiana. Wenger has tallied 14 elections during her 9 years in office.; The Anderson YWCA lost over $20,000 due to poor attendance at a recent Sha Na Na concert. 2,000 people were expected, but only 300 actually came.; Weather.
