Work on the NCHCPL building began in August 2003, and is scheduled for completion on February 14, 2005. The expansion will add an extra 40,000 square feet to the Library building.; Autocar LLC, a service truck manufacturing company based in Hagerstown, Indiana, has introduced a new product. The Easy On Bus is a mid-sized passenger bus with an automatic ramp built into its doorway, which folds out to allow easy access for handicapped passengers.
