Anti-tobacco activist Rick Stoddard spoke to students of Marion Community Schools about the dangers of smoking. Stoddards wife died of lung cancer in 2000, at the age of 46.; Bonzi Wells, a shooting guard for the NBAs Memphis Grizzlies, returned to his hometown for the dedication of the Bonzi Wells Gymnasium in the Roy C. Buley Community Center. Wells was born in Muncie, Indiana, and played at Muncie Central High School and Ball State University. He began playing basketball at the Buley Center as a child.; Weather.
