The consultant will determine whether additional measures should be taken to prevent cheating on the ISTEP.; Weather.; The Worlds Largest Ball of Paint, a roadside attraction near Alexandria, Indiana, was recently certified by the Guinness Book of World Records. Michael Carmichael, Glenda Carmichael and others have applied over 18,000 layers of paint to a single baseball since 1977, which now weighs over 1,300 pounds.
