Description:	Senior advocates in Union City, Indiana have announced plans to create affordable apartments for senior citizens. The group will re-purpose the abandoned West Side High School building in Union City, Indiana, to create Hoosier Place, an apartment building for people 55 and older.; The Center for Character Development at Anderson University will co-sponsor a No Bullying initiative on November 19, 2004. The event will feature Rodger Dinwiddie, an educator and activist. The goal of the event is to bring bullying to the forefront of community consciousness.; Weather.
