The government of Blackford County, Indiana is replacing two of its polling sites in Hartford City, Indiana. Blackford High School and Northside Elementary School will be replaced as polling sites by the Hartford City Elks Lodge and the Blackford County 4-H Building. The changes were made to satisfy contingency plans required by Indiana Secretary of State Todd Rokita.; The Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana will vote on a proposal concerning the possible sale of 33 acres of land owned by the Hayes Arboretum to developers.; Weather.
