Description:	The Youth Opportunity Center in Muncie, Indiana is under investigation after one of its minor residents accused an adult resident of molesting him. A 5-year-old boy told his mother and staff members that he was molested by his 18-year-old male roommate. State policies forbid children with age discrepancies that wide from rooming together.; The Muncie Disaster Recovery Center in Muncie, Indiana will switch its emphasis from working with the Federal Emergency Management Agency to working with the Small Business Administration. Some FEMA representatives will remain at the Center for the immediate future, though.; Local Boy Scouts spent a day shadowing city officials to learn about how city government works.; Would-be college students can receive free assistance filling out their financial aid forms, courtesy of a new program sponsored by the State of Indiana. Several local institutions are participating in the program, including Anderson University of Anderson, Indiana and Ball State University of Muncie, Indiana.; A collection of creamers at Taylor University in Upland, Indiana will be featured on the Food Networks Unwrapped television program. The Rice Cow Creamer Collection consists of over 250 cow-shaped cream receptacles, including sterling silver and antiques pieces.; Weather.; Lowerys Candies of Muncie, Indiana explains how they are preparing for Valentines Day 2005.
