Description: |
2-span Post truss, bypassed - Bridge is to remain and the area developed into a park. Bridge is especially interesting as it is a transition between the wood and steel bridge. The Post truss, believed to be the only one in the country, uses diagonal wood members, iron vertical members and strop iron and iron rod bottom chord members. End view.
