Description:	To Cornelius Delaney: You are hereby ordered to construct a manhole at the intersection of the first alley east of Macedonia Avenue, and the sewer in the center line of Willard Street and connect the same with 10 inch connection running south to the south curb line of said Willard Street, in accordance with the provisions for the General Specifications for the construction of said Willard Street Sewer, for the sum of Sixty-Five ($65.00) Dollars for the manhole and One Dollar and Twenty-Five cents ($1.25) per lineal [foot] for the 10 inch pipe, which is the price bid in the proposal for the construction of said sewer, for similar constructions.
