Consists of the text for a City Advertisement:Notice hereby is given, to the public and to all contractors, that the Board of Public Works of the City of Muncie, in the State of Indiana, invites sealed proposals for the construction, in said City, according to the respective Improvement Resolutions below mentioned, and according to the plans, profiles, drawings and specification therefor on file in the office of said Board of each of the public Improvements herein below described, to-wit: [I.R. No. 587, I.R. No. 588, I.R. No. 589]. To be published on Nov. 3 & 10, 1917. This archival material has been provided for educational purposes.
