Consists of the text for a City Advertisement, providing notice that the assessment rolls, with the names of the owners and description of property subject to be assessed, with the amounts of prima facie assessments, have been made and are now on file and can be seen at the office of the Board, for the following improvements, to-wit: [I.R. No. 552, 1917 & I.R. No. 582, 1917]. Also provides notice of a public meeting (of Aug. 18, 1917) to discuss various issues surrounding the potential projects.; To be published on Aug. 2-4 & 6-9, 1917.
