Contract between V.T. Moore and Porter W. Cooper

Description:	For value received I hereby assign to Porter W. Cooper all monies or bonds that are now due me or shall hereafter become due me on account of the construction of a sewer commencing at the center line of Columbus Avenue, and the center line of the first alley east of Walnut Street, running thence west [etc.] as provided for by I.R. No. 576, 1917, all of which is in the City of Muncie, Indiana, and I hereby authorize the City Clerk and the City Treasurer of the City of Muncie to pay to Porter W. Cooper any such monies and bonds as they shall become due to me. I hereby authorize Porter W. Cooper to collect any such monies or bonds in my name and to receipt for the same for me as fully as I could do for myself. This archival material has been provided for educational purposes.
