Resolves that the construction of a local sewer, intended and adapted only for local use by the property holders whose property abuts thereon, and not intended or adapted for receiving sewage from collateral drains, be and the same is hereby ordered in and along the following public way in said city, to-wit: In and along that certain alley between Ebright Street and Beacon Street, from the center line of the first alley north of Seventh (7th) Street to the center of Lot Number Fifty-Two (52) in Park Place South Addition. Also includes administrative matters related to that work. This archival material has been provided for educational purposes.
