Description:	Your petitioner respectfully asks and petitions your Board for the passage of a resolution vacating said Smith Street from said Perkins Street (Perkins Avenue) to the round house of the Lake Erie & Western Railroad Company, Also the alley running north and south from Kilgore Avenue to said Smith Street and the alley running east & west from said last mentioned alley to Perkins Street. Your petitioner shows that said Smith Street is unimproved and is not used as a public street and that it comes to a dead-end at the grounds of the Lake Erie & Western Railroad, and that the alley above mentioned is of no use to the City as a public thoroughfare Signed by D.O.
