Collins and the Board of Public Works to construct a local sewer in Hackley St. from a point 110 feet south of the south line of Charles St. running thence south in the center of Hackley St. to the manhole at the center line of Kirby Ave. and Hackley St. Also includes administrative matters relating to that work.; Amount of Bond: $760.00. Price Bid: $887.50.; Note on back, written by Samuel S. Collins:For value received, I hereby sell, assign and convey all of my rights in and to the within contract and instrument to Lee Scott and I hereby authorize and direct you and each of you to pay over to said Lee Scott all of the moneys now in your hands or that may hereafter come unto your hands by reason of the within contract and I further authorize and direct you to issue all bonds to be received pursuant to this contract to said Lee Scott in very stead, and this shall be your warranty for so doing.
