Price Bid: $187.50.; Note on back, written by Samuel S. Collins:For value received I hereby assign & set-over to John W. Thomas of Delaware County, Ind. all my rights, title & interest in the [illegible] contract and all money owed or becoming [illegible] thereon & all benefits therefrom shall be paid & shall go to said Thomas.
