Description:	Be it resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of Muncie, Indiana, that is desired and deemed necessary to vacate the first alley north of Howard Street, between Howard Street and Charles Street from Proud Street to Elliott Street ... The property which may be injuriously or beneficially affected thereby in the City of Muncie, is known and described as the alley herein proposed to be vacated, and the lots abutting on the north and south sides thereof, owned by [3 individuals & 2 companies, listed].
