Description:	Herein, Suda A. Thomas grants the Central Union Telephone Company, its successors and assigns, the right, privilege and authority to construct, operate and maintain its lines of telegraph and telephone, including the necessary poles and fixtures, upon and over the above described property(on the west side of Proud, east side of Elliott, both sides of alley between Proud & Elliott & 2nd alley south of Charlesand along the roads, streets, or highways adjoining said property, to set the necessary guy and brace poles, this is to be in full satisfaction of all demands against said Company for such use.When necessary to reset the 2 poles now on private property, they are to be sit on streets & alleys adjoining property.
