Resolves that the final estimates and reports of the Civil Engineer on the alley from Main Street to Jackson Street and lying between High Street and Franklin Street [and] the alley from High Street [to] Franklin Street and lying between Main Street and Jackson Street is approved, adopted, confirmed, and concurred Also includes administrative matters relating to that work.
