Description:	Consists of the text for a Notice of Improvement Resolution:Notice is hereby given by the Board of Public Works of the City of Muncie, Indiana, that it is desired and deemed necessary to make the following described public Improvements for the City of Muncie, Indiana, as authorized by the following numbered Improvement Resolutions, adopted by said Board, on the 14th day of March, 1919, to-wit: I.R. No. 607, 1919, For the improvement of the alley from Main to Jackson Street, between Franklin and Liberty Street [&] I.R. No. 608, 1919, For [a] local sewer in Walnut Street (Walnut Street Sewer No. 7), from Ohmer Avenue south to Fifteenth Street. Also provides notice of a public meeting (of Apr. 4, 1919) to discuss various issues surrounding the potential project.; To be published on Mar. 17 & 24, 1919.
