Ball State University Life Science Building groundbreaking

Description: Silent film.; This film includes footage of the groundbreaking of the Life Science Building, later known as the Cooper Life Science Building wing of the Cooper Science Complex, on June 11, 1968. Included are Ball State University President John R. Emens and Robert Cooper, emeritus coordinator of sciences and mathematics.
This film originated from WLBC-TV and was (possibly) a part of a segment titled, Week in Review. The station was created in 1953 by Don Burton. WLBC-TV Channel 49 was sold in 1971 to a local non-profit group, who changed the stations callsign to the current WIPB-TV, now licensed by Ball State University.
