A blue and white striped dress. The bodice is fitted with darts and a thin belt at the waist. It has short cap sleeves and a wide boat neck. The skirt is a full and gathered at the waist seam. It falls just below the knee. Blue and White Pinstripes (vertical); Straight; Short Cap Sleeve; Shirtwaist with Belt; side zipper with hook & eye closure; similar to cotton blend; n/a Fit and flare dress Blue; White Stripes Knee length Natural waistline Boat neckline Cap sleeve Short-sleeved Zipper; Hooks and eyes Side closure Cotton; Fiber blend Machine sewing; Gathering; Darts Belt Condition note: Staining at both armpits and the color of the fabric has faded somewhat.
