1950s womens handbag and purse

Tan and brown tooled leather handbag and matching coin purse. Tan leather body of the handbag has embossed floral designs and is trimmed in narrow brown leather strips. Handbag has handles that form as part of the brass integrated hinged frame. The turn lock closure is also brass--the turning part is on the front and passes through a two bar metal latch that is connected to the back of the bag. Coin purse is constructed of the same tan leather with brown trim. A brown capped snap closes the leather flap on the front of the purse. Top of purse has two brass grommets (front and back). Through the grommets is a brass ball chain with a connector.
