| Description: |
Black dress with multicolored yoke and sleeves. Dress has a V-neckline trimmed with black piping, a dropped waistline, three-quarter length set-in sleeves, and is calf length. Dress yoke is constructed of a floral print fabric. On a blue background, the floral pattern is composed of red and off-white rose heads with light yellow highlights, and short light yellow lines between the roses. Yoke fabric overlaps in the front at the point of the V-neckline. Three-quarters of the sleeves are constructed of the yoke fabric. Sleeves cuffs are lined with the same fabric as the yoke and intended to be turned back. Mimicking the V-neckline, the bottom seam of the yoke on the front of the dress arcs up with a subtle downward point but flattens to a straight line as the seam circles around the back. The bottom of the yoke seam is connected to solid black fabric. Black fabric on center front of the dress features a single godet. Near the suspension point of the godet, vertical shirring creates gathering that leads to each side of the dress. Back of dress hangs straight down to the hemline.
