Description:	Howard Wolf Boutique Navy blue shirt waist dress. The bodice is semi-sheer with a white bib front with faux buttons and a large blue bow. The long sleeves are gathered at white, buttoned cuffs. The skirt is knife pleated and is about knee length. The garment includes a matching wide vinyl belt at the waist.
